Shipping policy

IGL Coatings Australia ship 5 days a week. Generally speaking orders placed 10am and prior will be shipped same day (weekdays) however our policy is to ship all orders within 48 hours (business day). 

When selecting free post option you authorise IGL Coatings Australia to select the most cost effective and efficient shipping method for your order. Please be mindful that this might not be the fastest shipping method.

IMPORTANT Products classified as Dangers Goods may not be accepted through Australia Post and air freight services. Orders containing dangerous goods will be dispatched by default using a suitable carrier. Where Express Post is selected we will take all steps to ship the order containing dangerous goods using an express courier.

Once products are dispatched you will be provided a tracking number for your order, please use these tracking details to follow up the status of your order as well as expected delivery times.

If item is returned due to incorrect address supplied by the customer IGL Coatings Australia reserve the right to pass onto the customer any a re-stocking fees + associated costs of reshipping the item to the correct address or alternatively refund the cost of the order less above noted fees and cancel the purchase should the receiver no longer wish to have this item shipped.
