After removing the factory coating that had expired, we went about the preparation (cleaning, taping and protecting the areas not needing Armor) Then got ready to apply. Very impressed with the ease of use of this product. I’ve only just applied last week so I can’t comment on longevity but holy jeeze does it repel water. I was splashing it for 10 minutes straight just because I couldn’t take my eyes off it haha.
I was very worried if it would change the colour of the wood because I had matched it perfectly but it didn’t change one iota. Not even a shade change (except while drying).
Nothing on the market comes close to Aegis, for all round protection and durability. We do quite a few new 4x4s, and the customers are always very impressed with how it looks and performs.
